Property Description: 1 allocated parking spot that is gated on the back side of the building, as well as a community grill, multiple sitting areas with patio, brand new lighting fixtures in gated area for security and is dog friendly! My condo is located in the middle of Uptown Neighborhood downtown Denver, CO with everything you need within walking distance!
