Just 7 miles to Northstar ski resort
Free winter shuttle pickup at complex entrance
Two private decks weather permitting (one off living area, one off bunk room)
COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Sauna and exercise facility (year-round access)
Paved community parking (3 vehicles max; parking passes required; no street parking allowed)
THINGS TO NOTE:
Must climb stairs main living area and kitchen are on 2nd level, loft sleeping area on top/3rd floor
Renter's Liability Insurance Required
No Pets permitted by HOA and Owner
Parking passes may be required by HOA. Limit 3 vehicles per unit.
Pool and tennis courts are not available during ski lease
Payment of entire ski lease due upfront
Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 cleaning cost estimate
Natural Gas and Electricity account to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term
Street parking prohibited year-round
Absolutely no smoking inside of the townhome, while out on the decks or anywhere in the community including the parking area. $1,000 HOA fine will be assessed.
Electronic card key required for use of the community amenities.
Tennis courts, community pool and kiddie pool are NOT available during the ski lease
Community does NOT have a hot tub/spa
Loft sleeping area overlooks living room (may not be suitable for all guests)
