Rental History Eviction History: No evictions within the past 7 years; any eviction record may result in denial Landlord References: Positive references required from most recent landlord(s); landlord must confirm on-time payment and proper care of property Prior Rental Verification: Minimum 1 year of verifiable rental history preferred; first-time renters may qualify with additional deposit Early Lease Terminations: Unexplained early terminations within the past 3 years may result in denial 4. The living room has high ceilings, a gas fireplace with ceramic logs, leather couch and lounge chair. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and offers views of the TV and outside. A sliding door leads to one of the decks, set with a table and chairs to enjoy meals during the warmer time. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, with a full assortment of cookware and serving dishes and the utensils. 1st Floor: Bedroom 1: Cal King bed, TV, large dresser, 2 large closets, private deck with rocking chairs and view of the forest. Bedroom 2: Cal King bed, dresser, and a large closet. Full bath: 2 sinks, separate water closest with toilet and shower over tub.
