This is a busy and noisy area, not suitable for those seeking a quiet vacation. The elevator may require repairs due to its proximity to the beach and salty air; if you are unable to take the stairs, this may not be the best option for you. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any smoking in the apartment will incur a $500 penalty. Please remove all trash and place it in the trash chute down the hallway at check-out. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, as stained sheets are not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit at any time in the event of an emergency. For smaller issues, management will attempt to contact guests before entering. Do not attempt to repair any malfunctions yourself; please contact management for assistance. Early check-ins at 12 pm are available for a fee of $65, or a complimentary 3 pm check-in is offered, both subject to availability and confirmation 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
