Nestled against beautiful Dellwood Park - This 2 story, 2 Bed 1 1/2 Bath home with lots of closet space is located just five to ten minutes from most major employers including Pilgrim's, Priefert, all area Trailer Manufacturers, all local hospitals, NTCC, and all area schools. (Due to the large response for our properties, we like to give a little guidance as to what we are looking for to qualify. We like a credit score no lower than 650 and we don't like for tenant's rent to consume more about 28% of monthly income. That would put this property at around $5500 monthly income to qualify. Because of the high number of requests that we receive to visit our properties, we do require a submitted application demonstrating that the minimum financial requirements are met. Pets are on a case-by-case basis with a $400 annual pet fee and a refundable $1000 pet deposit.
