*NOT FOR SALE* $600.00 down deposit. $1,700 a month is rent. *We do online applications and paper lease agreement.* Please every adult that plans to move in fill out an application. *This nice single story home has a 1 car garage, fresh touch up paint, and hardwood floors. *A 6 month - 12 month paper lease agreement will need to be signed in person. *All utilities will have to be put in your own name. *Does have washer and dryer hook up. Fridge and oven will be supplied. *Pets are negotiable if are approved it'll be a pet fee $15.00 extra a month. *Absolutely NO INDOOR SMOKING if you smoke put cigarettes butts in the trash outside. *Must be able to pass a background check. *Must allow landlord to do a walk through with a 24 to 48hr notice beforehand. *No prior evictions. *Must be able to supply your own renters insurance or no paperwork will be signed or approved. *Grass must be cut or if cant cut it we will find a company who will and will add a fee on the rent and no trash in the yard. *Have to provide 3 paystubs/ proof of income. *Rent must be sent in via zelle app. Include your name and also number of family members moving in. *No more than 4 to 5 people occupying the home at once. As in no family the size of more then 4 to 5 people. *No long extended guests. *No self repairs must let owner know if anything is needed for repairs. *No spare keys to be made to the property if lost let the homeowner know. *No front yard get togethers only in the back. *No section 8 /vouchers will be accepted*. * A tour is granted after application is filled and sent in so our time is not wasted. *Ready for rent.
