Minimum Credit Score for All Applicants 650 or higher credit is required, regardless of source of income. Credit and Background Checks for All Occupants Before being approved and moved in, credit history, criminal, background check, eviction history check, and prior landlord verification is required for each adult individual who will be living in the property. All tenants and cosigners must fill out a separate application with their own information. Registered offenders are not accepted. Convicted felons will be declined. This is a Non-smoking property. Marijuana smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco use is not accepted. Minimum Income Required for All Applicants Applicants' total source of income, including any housing voucher or other rental assistance program must be at least double the rent for the full term of the lease.
