The master bedroom boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 43" Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a 40" Smart TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 32" Smart TV. The two shared bathrooms are stocked with essentials and towels. A laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available. It's a 3-mile drive to Downtown St. Augustine and 5 miles to the nearest beach. Nearby attractions include the Royal St Augustine Country Club (4-minute drive), Publix supermarket (5-minute drive), St. George Street, Aviles Street, the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, the lighthouse, the Maritime Museum, and Castillo de San Marcos. The city offers various transportation options, including walking, rideshare apps, taxis, and the Old Town Trolley Tours.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties and large group gatherings are not permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. Tampering with or removing the front door security camera (Ring Video Doorbell) may result in reservation cancellation and eviction.
