Great remodeled home with wonderful layout in a nice, quiet, residential area. Great for families with kids.… It's close to ASU, but not on a block with loud residents. Location is fantastic with easy access to shopping, school and freeways. Big yard with fire pit and covered patio to enjoy. Roof, AC, water heater and whole house water softener just makes it more attractive. The storage area outside with the laundry and work benches is fabulous and includes an AC unit. Garage also has an AC unit. The interior and kitchen cabinets have fresh paint and door knobs; all floors are tile or laminate (no carpet, but you're welcome to add throw rugs), and the plumbing for the entire house is new and up-to-code. The oven is also within a year old. The property is vacant and there is no furniture. All furniture and wall hangings in the pictures are for examples only.
