Private studo cottage with vaulted ceiling on many acres of serene ranch land just minutes from Ashland, SOU, Interstate 5, Hwy 66. Outstanding views of Ashland. No noisy neighbors, peaceful surroundings with lots of trees. This is a cute, stand alone studio cottage sitting on 25+ acres of pastoral land, a barn, horse stalls, round pend, fenced pastures. Need a place to safely keep your livestock? Look no further! Barn or pastures rent are negotiable. No livestock, thats great! Currently we are not boarding any horses but that might change. Views here are incredible and the lack of all city noise is impressive. It's an updated, newly painted cute cottage with lots of sunshine, roomy bathroom, ceiling fan, Mitsubishi mini split for outstanding heat and A/C. Smart TV, gas cook top but no oven. New Leesa memory foam mattress in queen. All bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, serving, utensils are included. Weekly or bi-weekly monthly cleaning can be scheduled for an additional fee. Owners are providing a brand new Cuisinart convection oven/microwave/airfryer for baking and all other cooking needs. New combo 5cft washer/dryer in the laundry room. Small workout area available to share w owners. There is also a refrgerator/freezer in the cottage. A 7ft closet and pantry closet is also great storage for the tenants convenience. We can store your bike(s) in the RV parking space for no charge. Relax and watch the sunset from your private front porch. Utilities paid by Landlord: Water, ATT internet and wifi, garbage, propane for stove, **wifi are all included in rent! However, if wifi from the main house is not a strong enough signal (gaming) tenant will be responsible for their own wifi. (No one has complained yet). Tenant shall pay a flat rate of $100./month for electricity. Owners pay everything over $100. *Available August 1st, 2026 * 1-6 month lease, possibly longer if it works out. *Security deposit is $1,795 and rent is $1,795 plus $100/ mo for electricity *This is a no smoking anything premise *This is not a party place Grocery Outlet, Albertsons, Bi-mart, Rite Aid, YMCA, Ashlands's Co-Op, Shop n Kart are all 10 min or less from the ranch. SOU is 10-15 min drive to the campus. I will be showing by appointment only and looking for a very responsible individual that might want to stay a while. There is a very flat area right next to the cottage that a BBQ, chairs, umbrella can be utilized as your personal space. Enjoy the fire pit stocked with wood and cozy blankets when Fire Permits are allowed. Plenty of parking steps from the cottage. Pets are negotiable.
