Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Please note that a 30-day minimum stay is required. This is a private home, not a hotel, and guests are asked to be respectful of the property, owners, and neighbors. No smoking, pets, drugs, marijuana, weapons, prostitution activities, or filming/recording of adult material are allowed. Do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or hang wet towels over furniture. Keep exterior doors and windows closed to optimize air conditioning and keep bugs out. Music can be played inside with closed doors and windows, but outside areas must be quiet after 10 pm. Motorcycles, scooters, loud rentals, trailers, commercial vehicles, or RVs are not allowed to be parked near the home or in the community. Normal private home rules apply, and guests are expected to honor the system if something is broken or damaged. Exterior security cameras and a noise alarm are on-site. Occupancy is only for the number of guests agreed to in the reservation, and any additional guests or visitors must get prior approval. A visitor's agreement must be signed online, and adherence to home rules is required; failure to comply may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
