You can still get some privacy since the other renters might not stay in the room all day long. We have mixed and female priority rooms. The place is greatly located. You can also use the address for personal mail, job applications and box deliveries. From this location, you can walk to restaurants, markets and public transportation. On-property restaurant makes the kitchen unnecessary. We operate from inside a hotel and you have access to all the hotel amenities. Everything is included for a mandatory additional monthly fee of $5 a day plus 13% taxes, such as: All Utilities, Daily Housekeeping, Daily Fresh Towels, Great Free Wi-Fi, A/C, Refrigerator, Microwave, Reception, Swimming Pool, Maintenance, Cafe lounge with meals on property, Fully furnished, Large personal storage space with padlock available is attached to each bed, Reading light and power outlet in each bed too, Mattress and pillows included. Laundry is available nearby. Deposit is not required, proof of income is not required, credit or background check is not required. Keep in mind we have the right to ask you to vacate for any reason. Copy of ID must be provided and a short interview conducted. You can probably move-in on the same day, it is very convenient! Please book directly the first night at our website Bposhtels and then extended directly with us online. We highly recommend you to first book few nights to experiment and if you like extend longer. We collect payment online (CashApp, Zelle, Gift Cards or all major Credit/Debit Cards. Cash or Checks are not accepted). Payments will be collected in advance every 15 days to guarantee your stay and lock the great price.
