This completely renovated home boasts the largest and best dock in the area, a hot tub overlooking the water, and convenient access for kayaking and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) journeys to the nearby island. The spacious bedrooms and living room offer plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. Enjoy amazing river views, an infamous egg chair on the screened-in patio, a dock for world-class fishing and swimming, and a fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, and all necessary cookware, with bar seating for 8. The living room features a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a desk for a workstation area overlooking the river.
Two kayaks and two SUPs are included with your stay. A pack and play, baby bath, high chair, plastic plates and cups, and board games are available for families with young children. Boat rentals are available in town. Oconto Water Fun Rentals provides fishing and pontoon boat rentals for use on the river or out on the bay. Bucky's Limousine Service and Lou's Limos are available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas.
Nestled on the Oconto River, this property offers easy access to Lake Michigan, just a short boat ride away. Oconto is a family-friendly small town, almost completely surrounded by water, with the Oconto River flowing through the town into Lake Michigan. It's about a half-mile to the grocery store and about 1 mile to the downtown area with a boutique store called Olive & Birch and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main. The town is also home to 26 places on the national historic registry. The property is approximately 30 minutes from Lambeau Field.
This is a pet-friendly rental, with a fee of $75 per pet. No cats are allowed, and there is a maximum of 2 pets. Despite the efforts of cleaners, we cannot guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property. Guests must be 25 or older to book.
