Renter responsible for utilities. (We get a shared bill, as I live upstairs in a separate unit). We'll split utilities. I usually do a short test run (e.g. 2-7 nights) then monthly or a 12 month lease. NO SMOKING in the unit, and no cigarette smoking on property. A well trained quiet dog will be considered. Not cats (owner doesn't allow it).

This self-contained garden unit is in a quiet… forested location yet close to Charlotte St near the Owl Bakery. Includes a kitchen - fridge, electric stove, microwave, kitchen table - couch, coffee table, queen bed (optional) - laundry (only thing shared), large living room, large bedroom (I'm willing to buy a small closet), nice bathroom with beautiful updated penny-tile floor, separate entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. Hot tub access negotiable.
No cats, non barking dog considered. Only solo people please apply (two people would be too many).
I live in the separate upstairs unit. I think market rate is about $1500pm plus utilities. But because I'm noise sensitive and like quiet, I'm discounting it to $1190pm plus utilities for the right person.
