Rent includes heat! Also, hot and cold, running water, rubbish, plowing, and parking. The first lease can run until July 31, 2027.… The Post Office Apt is a large two bedroom unit above the US Post Office on Rt. 14, E. Randolph, VT Apologies, but the pictures are a little old and the flooring is all been replaced since. Beautiful new roof too! The main entrance is a walk up from the back of the building just off the huge parking area. The back porch over looks a pasture, brook and mountain. Located on Route 14, 12 miles to VLS, Exit 4, I-89 just a few miles away. At 12 miles from S. Royalton, it is about a 15 minute drive to VLS and 5 minutes from VTC. There is plenty of space for a couple to share a bedroom and use the second bedroom as a large study or room for a child. Or for two roomates, there is enough room not bump into each other. The Post Office is a perfect neighbor: Never home after 5:00pm, won't wake you up Sunday mornings and they always watch your mail!
