In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria. Up to 2 pets allowed with additional $300 non refundable pet deposit, per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Breed restrictions are as follows but not limited to: Doberman Pinscher, Pit bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs and wolf hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary dog), & Akita.
