About the property: One bedroom available in a 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom duplex located one block east of PCH in Redondo Beach.… Open floor plan, bright and airy, lots of plants, great for entertaining. Furnished patio off of the large living room with cozy fireplace. Updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Hardwood floors downstairs in the common areas with carpeted staircase and bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs and the available room has its own balcony and large closet. The home also has a two-car garage with ample storage and in-unit laundry. Walkable to great restaurants, cafes, shops, beaches, and the Redondo Beach pier. About us: Laid back and clean couple looking for a like-minded roommate to replace our current housemate when he moves out. Both young professionals in our mid 30s who typically work 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. One of the bedrooms serves as a guest bedroom/permanent office for one of us, while the other works at the office. In our free time, we enjoy going to the beach, bike riding, hiking, snowboarding in the winter, concerts, game nights, cooking, going to the movies, and keeping up with TV shows. We like hanging out with our friends but also enjoy nights in. We are clean but are open to having a housekeeper come monthly for deep cleaning if desired.
