Now available! 2 Bed 1 Bath House for rent on a large lot in Folkston, Ga. There is also a flex room that was originally used as a 3rd small bedroom.… Monthly rent is $1525. Deposit is $1000. Included in your rent is Washer and Dryer, Lawn Care, and Quarterly Pest Control. We prefer no pets in the home, but we are flexible on this with a nonrefundable pet deposit of $600 or we can add a nonrefundable amount of $50 monthly to your rental amount for the 1 year lease term. Tenants responsibility is their monthly rent, utilities such as electric and water which is done through the city so that includes your trash, etc. For WiFi, the box is already there for anyone who wants to get WiFi for the house. PLEASE NOTE: This house has gone through some renovations already but will continue to be renovated on in time. If renovations are taking place or anything is being fixed, tenant(s) will be notified ahead of time for scheduling. ADDITIONALLY - This house will be going through a realty company soon and I will make sure that whoever would like to apply goes through them for everything as needed. So they will have you go through a background check, and a credit check. But I am still currently finishing this up.
