By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after you have successfully signed the Rental Agreement. In the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send this form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered confirmed once the form is signed. Pets and animals are not allowed on the property unless prior written approval is obtained. Damages or failure to clean up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Non-compliance may also result in eviction and/or additional legal remedies. Guests are responsible for any items left behind. Shipping costs and a $25 service fee will apply for returning these items. Lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards will incur a minimum charge of $25 each. Please ensure all are returned before check-out. This is a non-smoking property. Any violation will result in a $250 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests should be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. All damages must be reported immediately to the host. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins. If bins are full, notify the host for instructions. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Utilities are included up to the property's recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges, payable within 14 days of check-out if applicable. The property is fully furnished and intended for temporary stays, with flexible rental terms available from 90 to 180 days. Stays under 180 days may be subject to additional charges, including insurance, credit card processing fees (waived if paying by wire), a service fee, and a cleaning fee. Stays over 180 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis please inquire for details. All applicants must complete a rental application via Zillow and are responsible for the application fee. A credit and background check is required. Applicants with prior evictions will not be considered.

The ground floor flex space works as a guest room, home office, or gym with a Peloton. Four blocks from Washington Blvd dining and nightlife, but tucked on a quiet street. One parking spot included. This multi-level condo sits on a quiet residential street in Marina del Rey, a two-minute walk from the sand and four blocks back from the activity on Washington Blvd. The entry level holds the kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped for everyday cooking. Up a half flight, the living room opens up with a fireplace (non-functional), Frame TV, and L-shaped sectional. A balcony off this level lets you open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. A window AC unit keeps the home comfortable during the warmer months. Another half flight up is the primary bedroom with a king bed, an attached bathroom, and closet. The room is modest in size but well suited for beach living. At the top of the home is a private rooftop deck furnished with a couch and coffee table. A passionfruit tree doubles as a privacy screen, and plants throughout make this a comfortable space to enjoy the fresh air. Back down past the kitchen, the ground floor holds a second bedroom with a full bed, a Peloton, and a work desk. A new washer and dryer are in this space, along with a full bathroom and shower. This level works well as a guest room, home gym, or remote office. One covered parking spot is included. The Venice Canals, Abbot Kinney, and the beach are all within easy reach on foot or by bike. Guests will have access to the entire condo. There will be no one else on the property unless otherwise discussed with you in advance. This home is located on a quiet residential block in the Marina Peninsula, just two minutes on foot from the beach. Washington Blvd is four blocks north, with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. The Venice Canals are a short walk away, and Abbot Kinney is easily reachable by foot or bike. The neighborhood is walkable and calm, with easy access to the sand without the crowds of the main Venice boardwalk. Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car. That said, this neighborhood is one of the more walkable and bikeable areas in LA. The beach, restaurants, and local shops are all within a short walk. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used. Mailbox access is not available for guests. By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.
