1. PARTIES Landlord: [Your Full Name] Tenant: [Tenant Full Name(s)] 2. PROPERTY The Landlord rents to the Tenant the property located at: 100 Dowd St, Unit D13, Haverstraw, NY 10927 3. TERM AND RENEWAL The term of this lease shall be for one year, beginning on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. This lease shall automatically renew for additional one year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the current term. 4. RENT The monthly rent is $1800, payable on the 1st of each month. Payments may be made via Check, Cash, or Zelle to [Insert Account Details]. A late fee of $50 will be applied if rent is received more than 5 days after the due date. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $1800 upon signing this agreement. PARKING The Tenant is granted the exclusive use of one dedicated parking spot, designated as Spot 53. Visitors spots may be used for guests. 8. STORAGE ROOM The Tenant is granted access to a dedicated storage room. The storage area must be kept clean and tidy at all times. The storage of food items or animals is strictly prohibited. All items stored must be clearly labeled in accordance with building management requirements. 9. PETS No pets are permitted on the premises at any time without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 10. MAINTENANCE AND QUIET ENJOYMENT The Tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition, including the proper care and operation of the provided dishwasher. The Tenant shall respect the quiet and secluded nature of the property and refrain from creating excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. 11. RIGHT OF ENTRY The Landlord may enter the property for repairs, inspections, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers by providing the Tenant with at least 24 hours notice, except in cases of emergency. 12. MANDATORY DISCLOSURES The Landlord provides the required Lead Paint Disclosure, Bedbug Disclosure, and Mold Disclosure as attachments to this agreement.
