This house is one unit in a duplex property (main house + tiny house in the back). Guests will have access to the main house and their own private front porch and backyard patio area. The backyard and side yard are shared with a tiny house in the backyard with a long-term tenant who accesses the backyard via a side gate.
PARKING:
(2) guest parking passes are available for street parking. Street parking is really easy to get a spot in front of the house since parking is monitored in a permit only zone.
