This 2 bedroom is located in a nice building with great neighbors. The photos above were taken just as our last tenant moved out and although it was cleaned the blinds need to be replaced and the stain on the linoleum is from the sun. If you google sunlight stains linoleum you will see. This unit gets direct sunlight almost allll day. Landlord pays for heat and hot water, water/sewer. We do allow 1 car to park free in the lot, if you have a second vehicle we charge $50.00/month for that car.
