This unit is in a complex consisting of four buildings with 18 total apartments. It is not a condo, but an apartment. Our lease is for one year, but if you give a 30 day notice by the first of the month you are permitted to move out and still get your security deposit back. The rent is based on 30% of the gross income and the heat, hot water, and garbage are included in the rent We do not allow smoking on the property, and we do not allow pets. There is one parking space per apartment. We do all of the mowing, trimming, snow plowing, and maintenance of apartments.
