To any students attending Binghamton University or SUNY Broome. Currently, our business is searching for 1 student to fill up the remaining rooms ( 2nd floor) The home has been split into two apartments: #1 and #2. Each apartment has 2 rooms respectively.
This house on Binghamton's Westside (good area) offers hardwood floors, living room with sofa and TV, kitchens ( Stove & refrigerator, cabinets ), bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room. Everything is separate and private for the 1st and 2nd floor. Parking space next to the house.
It only takes you about 10 minutes to drive to BU. And It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the bus stops. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and markets(Walmart, Price Chopper, CVS, Dunkin Donut, Burger King, Nirchi's pizza, KFC.. ).
