We're looking for a respectful, responsible roommate who pays rent on time, carries renters insurance, and helps keep shared spaces clean and tidy. We value open communication, respect for each other's privacy and schedules, and taking good care of the home. To help keep the house comfortable for everyone, we ask that there's no cigarette or cigar smoking indoors, shoes are removed inside the home, and the indoor fireplace isn't used for open fires. Occasional overnight guests are welcome as long as they don't become long-term occupants, and larger gatherings just require advance notice and cleanup afterward. You'll have full access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, deck, backyard, and bathroom, with all utilities included in the rent.
