Outdoor amenities include a back deck with patio furniture and a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking. Driveway and garage parking are available. Pets are welcome with applicable fees based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights, with additional charges applying for these services.

This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin on the side of the home, and rolled to the end of the road on Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. Due to the natural surroundings, occasional ladybugs or crickets may be encountered. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 cleaner trip fee applied if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Any violation of the non-smoking policy will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. Parties are prohibited, and a gathering is considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation; an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host, and shipping charges will be applied for any found items returned to the guest. System failures, unforeseen occurrences, and personal property loss or damage are not the liability of the owner or management. All payments are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. Any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard time. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out applies, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter. To accommodate early check-in or late check-out, the additional night must be booked. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. The property utilizes a septic tank; only toilet paper should be flushed. Guests are asked to be mindful of checking for flammable debris around the Blackstone griddle and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Electronic monitoring devices are used for safety and convenience, and guests are prohibited from tampering with them.
