This is a non-smoking property and no events are permitted. Check-in is via self-check-in with a pre-arrival quality inspection. Check-out is at 10 am, with a $50 cleaner trip fee applying if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. A $400 housekeeping expense will be incurred for any evidence of smoking or vaping. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property utilizes a septic tank, and only toilet paper should be flushed. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bin, which should be rolled to the end of the road on Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. Due to the natural surroundings, occasional ladybugs or crickets may be encountered. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or acts of God. Guests are recommended to carry travel or rental insurance. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are non-refundable, with cancellations requested within 24 hours of booking confirmation being refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations after 24 hours forfeit all payments.
