Stay in a private, furnished Room in a repurposed dorm turned co-housing right in the heart of Montpelier, Vermont.… Common spaces are maintained and cleaned by regular housekeeping--that's right, you don't have to clean the bathrooms! A hotel-style key-card lock on each Room creates a safe, private 16.5'x11' space with plenty of built in storage. The gym-type bathrooms and showers are shared, and the hostel style kitchen is large enough for everyone. Rent includes all utilities - even WIFI! Walk or bike to most areas of Montpelier, coin-op/app laundry on-site, no pets. The community is a mix of: summer interns, newly graduated HS or college, new job in town, traveling nurses, AmeriCorps, moving/selling transitions, state legislators in for the season, and people who work in town.
