Lease terms

A security deposit equal to 1 month rent is due upon signing of lease agreement. This deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the rental agreement. Your rent will cover your water and internet. Additionally, electricity costs up to $380 are covered as part of the rental agreement. Any amount over $380 will be paid by the renter to the landlord. The rental period cannot exceed 3 months but can be renewed with landlord approval.
