Upon moving in each tenant will be responsible for the first months rent and the security deposit must also be for the same amount so if you paid $1000 rent for the first month, your security deposit will also be $1000. There's currently five boys and two females that live in the house. Two of the guys will be moving out in June 1, 2026 and their bedrooms will be open. One is a much nicer larger bedroom on the second floor with a private balcony and huge walking closet. That one is $1200 per month and then a smaller one on the first floor that doesn't have a huge closet that's going for $1000 per month. This is a one of a kind house for one of a kind Tenants. Most tenants are professionals, and many of them are out of time very frequently most clean up after themselves because if you don't, we're going to develop an ant problem and if you have a problem with cleaning, you can always higher on cleaning lady. The house is big enough. You don't even notice when other people are or not home. The Home has hardwood floors throughout the first floor and tile in the bathrooms wood in the hallways and newer carpet in the bedrooms. Looking for a long-term tenants with good credit and good employment that's verifiable.
