Lease terms

This is an unfurnished minimum 6 month rental. Monthly rental is $1750 with a $850 deposit. Home furnishings and decor pictured will NOT be included. Dishwasher, Fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dryer ARE included with the rental. Renter is responsible for all utilites and will have them placed in thier own name at the time of occupancy and will remain in thier name for the entire duration of thier lease. A maximum of 2 Pets may reside in the home with prior discussion with leaser. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less. Sorry, no cats will be allowed. Renters will notify leaser of any property damages found or needed repairs in a timely manner. Drug use will not be tolerated. Leaser will exercise an immediate eviction process if illegal activity or illegal drug use is confirmed on the property. No indoor Smoking. Smoking will only be permitted outside. Renter will be responsible for removing all personal property at time of move out. Including trash. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for any trash left for leaser to clear out. A trash removal fee may not exceed $300. Renter will also be charged a $900 fee for any large property, i.e furniture, left behind for leaser to remove.
