We have a four bedroom condo 3 blocks from the Central Square Red Line T stop (one stop from Kendall/MIT, and one stop from Harvard) in Cambridge on a really cute street. One of our roommates will be moving out in May, so we'd like to find a great replacement. There's a homey eat-in kitchen with a large fridge and a new dishwasher, a single shared bathroom, and free in-unit laundry (no creepy basement to navigate). The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-family home, and there's a little yard with a deck in front with a cute tree. Your room is on the 3rd floor and has 2 windows, closet and a heat pump heater/air conditioner for individual temperature control. We have professional cleaners come once every two weeks, so you won't have a chore schedule. We do try to keep things clean, though, so if that's a strength of yours it will be appreciated. You'll have 3 adult-sized roommates and 2 kid-sized roommates (our 9 year old and a new born) - an entrepreneur, educator, game designer and our kids, all ages 0-45. We are homeschooling our kids at home. We don't drink much and don't smoke, and neither do our kids. There's no official living room, but we set up our room like a living room for movie nights with a couch and projector. Also, the kitchen is perfect for board games and dinner discussions. We're often on our own schedules, but we do enjoy socializing with each other. We're looking for someone who will help us create a warm, friendly atmosphere in the house with lots of laughter.
