Finally, the parking area is large enough for five vehicles. The house comes fully furnished and is move-in ready. Everything that may be needed is provided. This includes all kitchen items, including cookware, dishware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster-air-fryer. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The home's heating system uses an oil-fired boiler and radiant floor heating. The lease payment includes water & sewer, WIFI internet service, and weekly trash collection, but does not include electricity, oil for heat, or driveway plowing.
