Feel at home in this coastal elegant 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house, offering over 2700 square feet of living space with a private pool and spacious backyard. This recently renovated home boasts a bright, open-concept design. The open-concept living area features a comfortable sectional, ample seating, a 75" Smart TV, and a beautiful skylight. A sunroom off the living area leads to an outdoor deck with stairs to the pool. The kitchen and dining area feature all new appliances, quartz countertops, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a large custom banquette seating for 10+. Each of the six bedrooms and the living area, and sunroom are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans. A 2-hour private sunset cruise is included for all bookings of 7 days or longer, for up to 14 passengers. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day, which must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay and paid in full prior to arrival. Private parking is available for up to 6 cars under a covered carport with a wide driveway. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for 1 dog and $450.00 for 2 dogs, with a limit of two medium-sized dogs and no aggressive breeds. Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island in South Forest Beach, this home is just a 2-3 minute stroll to the best stretch of beach on Hilton Head Island. It's a short walk or bike ride to over 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and the Lowcountry Celebration Park. The neighborhood is a mix of vacationers and full-time residents, with every home within walking distance to the beach. Smoking and events are not allowed. The only pets allowed are dogs. Please follow the house rules: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Weekly stays receive a 5% discount, and monthly stays receive a 20% discount. This home offers super fast WiFi, over 650 Mbps, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer and starter detergent.
