No Pets Policy Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises unless otherwise approved in writing by the Landlord. 4. No Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the property. 5. Use of Premises The apartment is for the exclusive use of the tenant(s) listed on the lease only. No additional occupants are permitted without prior written approval from the Landlord. 6. No Subleasing Subleasing or assigning the apartment is strictly prohibited without the Landlord's written consent. 7. Yard Use Restriction Tenant acknowledges that use of the yard is not permitted unless otherwise approved by the Landlord. 8. Noise & Quiet Enjoyment To maintain a peaceful living environment and good neighbor relations, loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances are not permitted. Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Tenants are expected to respect neighbors and avoid creating any nuisance or disruption at any time. 9. Security Deposit The tenant's security deposit will be returned upon move-out, provided the apartment is left in clean, good condition, substantially in the same condition as when rented and as agreed upon at the time of signing the lease application. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit. 10. Condition of Apartment Tenant agrees to maintain the apartment in a clean and responsible manner throughout the tenancy. Any damage caused by the tenant, occupants, or guests shall be the tenant's responsibility. 11. Landlord's Right to Enter The Landlord reserves the right to enter the apartment for inspections, maintenance, repairs, or emergencies. Except in emergencies, the Landlord will provide at least 24 48 hours' notice, in accordance with applicable state laws. 12. Peaceful & Respectful Environment This apartment is located in a private home intended to provide a peaceful and quiet environment. Tenant agrees to maintain respectful conduct at all times.
