1 Graves Street is a mixed used building, with three apartments upstairs, one apartment on the first floor, and two commercial (office) spaces. It has quite the history with the town, predominantly as a bank, but also has the town Jail for a short while. Nonetheless, it boasts large windows, an abundance of natural light, and fantastic views over the little downtown area. All of the apartments are one bedroom. Heat, hot water, trash, and maintenance are included with your rent. We also have a private off-street parking lot. There is no laundry on site, with the exception of unit 4. Please visit one of two laundromats in town, or one of our other properties.
