Set in a family friendly and intergenerational neighborhood, this is a wonderful place to be. We are a walk away from the 'downtown' area of South Deerfield with pizza, Italian, a tavern, Bueno y Sano, and a small market/deli. Tilton library is also a 15 minute walk away, or quick car ride. And the local schools, Deerfield Elementary and Frontier Middle and High are highly regarded. South Deerfield is a wonderful location, 20-minutes to Northampton, Amherst, and Hadley and easy access to 91 for weekend trips. Ideally seeking academic year lease (August/September through June). Summer dates are negotiable, but the owners would like summer access to the home, if possible. This could be ideal for students including graduate students and visiting professors. Tenants are welcome to renew the lease beyond the first year as well.
