Close to all that the Mojave Desert and Coachella Valley has to offer. Lay out on the large deck, enjoy the outdoor fireplace, or just rest in the cozy two seat swing as day turns to dusk. This isn't a corporate rental, it's a beloved second home that we enjoy sharing with others. Perfect for remote workers, creatives, and snowbirds. Contains all needed appliances, including washer/dryer. We're not looking for an annual tenant, but depending on your circumstances, we're happy to negotiate several weeks or months at a time. Note that roads leading from Highway 62 in this area are dirt. Credit/background check will be performed.
