The apartment also features its own individual side patio. This outdoor space provides a pleasant way to decompress.
The Stockade District neighborhood is defined by its charm and 1850s homes. These desirable and well maintained classic homes provide the inhabitants pleasant surroundings in this upscale neighborhood.
Downtown Schenectady, Little Italy, Proctors Theater, the Rivers Resort Casino, and (although we will not accept undergraduate students at this property) Union College and Schenectady County Community College are all only minutes away. This gives our tenants easy access to all of the restaurants, bars, and entertainment the city has to offer.
The property is a 5 minute drive to I-890, and a 5 minute walk to the brand new Amtrak Station, which offers service to NYC and points north such as Rutland, VT and even Toronto and Montreal. This proximity and easy access to travel routes makes it effortless for commuters.
There is a well-equipped laundry on the premises making it most convenient for our tenants. The apartment comes with its own tenant controlled heating and central air conditioning system, and private entrance. Pet-friendly but restrictions do apply. Owner provides water, trash collection and snow removal, and all maintenance. The tenants only pay for electricity.
