There is an outside storage unit available and a patio for relaxing. Rent includes high-speed internet, electricity, water, and garbage. Propane for heating is extra cost in the wintertime. Air conditioning is monitored. 6 month lease required. Credit and background check as well as employment verification and previous landlord referral will be required for those seriously interested. Our family home is located on the property, so we're looking for a tenant who will enjoy and value a quiet, and well maintained country environment.
