Looking for ONE professional person who works mostly outside the home Monday thru Friday, day time hours, has lots of interests and enjoys the multitude of things to do in and around the bay area. Kitchen and dining are shared with person living in upper level.
Tranquil, peaceful, inspirational retreat. Grand views of the Marin Headlands. Hike to 2 beaches from the house. Walk to the overlook for an ocean sunset or sunrise. Be Immersed in Mother Nature, yet 10 minutes away from the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco's exciting urban activities.
Unwind amidst the wooded Headlands hills. Quiet, with fantastic views, and daily opportunities to watch the neighborhood regulars: deer, hawks, turkeys, raccoons, occasional fox and skunks.

The house offers an open spacious floor plan, is large and bright, with the windows offering sweeping Headland views. The main floor: the Foyer, main Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, front and rear Decks with grand views, all with beautiful Brazilian Teak hardwood flooring. Professional appliances, double oven, washer / dryer, Wireless internet, cable TV. The living room and dining room open onto the deck with glorious views of the valley and hills beyond.
There is 1 furnished bedroom available to 1 person. Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. There is a designer bathroom with tub and shower. Room faces east and is greeted by the morning sun.
I have the upper level with my own bedroom, bath, open loft office and second living room area. We will share the kitchen and main floor living areas, and split utilities. I do have a very friendly dog.
Take in the fresh air. . . time to slow down and decompress.

Walk or bike to Tennessee Valley and Muir Beach.
The Neighborhood
Mother Nature is just outside the windows waiting for you to come and play. Deer roam freely through the yard, as do the growing flock of turkeys. listen for owls, watch for hawks, notice all the wildlife and variation of plants and trees.
Getting around
we are in the hills, with views... so a car is a necessity. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes away, as well as easy access to Highway 1, Muir Beach, Muir woods, Stinson Beach, Marin Headlands with WWII army barracks and missile silo locations, Marin Mammal Sanctuary, Rodeo Beach, and of course, 10 minutes in the other direction to San Francisco and all the world class dining, arts, shopping, culture, more beaches, alcatraz... just to start the list of great things to experience!!
