I have the upper level with my own bedroom, bath, office and second living room area. We share kitchen and dining areas and will split utilities. From the House, Hike to Muir Beach and Tennessee Valley Beach. Take in the PANORAMIC VIEWS of the Bay area a few minutes away. Walk to Coyote Ridge for a fabulous SUNSET. Quick and easy access to 101. Avoid the traffic of northern Marin. Walk or bike to Tennessee Valley and Muir Beach. The Neighborhood Mother Nature is just outside the windows waiting for you to come and play. Deer roam freely through the yard, as do the growing flock of turkeys. listen for owls, watch for hawks, notice all the wildlife and variation of plants and trees. Getting around we are in the hills, with views... so a car is a necessity. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes away, as well as easy access to Highway 1, Muir Beach, Muir woods, Stinson Beach, Marin Headlands with WWII army barracks and missile silo locations, Marin Mammal Sanctuary, Rodeo Beach, and of course, 10 minutes in the other direction to San Francisco and all the world class dining, arts, shopping, culture, more beaches, alcatraz... just to start the list of great things to experience!! It is comfortable, quite, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The owner is caring, and easy to communicate with. The house's location is also perfect. It provides the best that the nature in Marin county has to offer (close to the beach, beautiful hiking trails,..) while being really close to the City life (15 minutes from GG bridge and downtown SF). The view was beautiful and the surroundings were quite peaceful.
