Includes all utilities/TV/Wi-Fi internet/in unit laundry, pantry for food storage and drive way parking with common area sharing privileges in a quiet residential family house near Florence Blvd -Banner hospital, restaurants, Walmart/ Starbucks/HomeDepot/Loews/Sonic/Frys/ Planet Fitness etc. No pets currently at the home and no pets permitted (allergic to most pets).
