If a lease is written the tenant will be required to pay a security deposit in the amount specified in the marketing ad. 12. Additional fees that may occur during leasing period: a. 10% of rent amount late fee for rent payment after the 5th of the month. $75.00 NSF Fee on all returned funds, and $300.00 Re-letting fee for breaking a lease. 13.
