The unit is on the 8th floor with ocean front on the east and the inter-coastal on the west. The views are stunning; the living and bedroom have a walk out balcony and you get to wake up to a sunrise and watch the sunset from the kitchen/ to guest room. Everything in the condo was renovated in 2022 (new appliances, master, kitchen, floors etc) except the guest bathroom which was later completely renovated a few months ago. We also just had our balcony completely redone and our front walkway will be redone this year as well. The space is fully decorated and stocked with premium furniture / amenities and is a sanctuary for us. With a full coffee set up that puts a barista to shame. Will be uploading new pictures of the guest bathroom and the balcony set up soon. 2) Amenities- we will cover the utility costs, which includes electricity, internet, cleaner once a month, parking, access to beach, pools, hot tub, gym, community room (s); there's a pool table and ping pong tables and grills and an incredible gazebo which sits right on the beach. I wish I could do the set up justice but the amenities are fantastic. 3) Getting around- Groceries and restaurants are close. Ubers are plenty and everything delivers. My mom stayed for a few months with a car and had no issues.
