This is a very friendly and respectful neighborhood with many dogs, but everyone does their part to keep it clean. Please dispose of all poop in the LARGE black garbage bins in the back public alley. 4) Animals of any kind ARE NOT permitted to swim in the pool. Fur will clog the filter and the robot vacuum. The artificial turf (both inside and outside the pool screen) IS NOT provided for animals and they are not permitted urinate or defecate on it. It is designed for human and animal play use only. 5) Do not leave pets outside unattended for more than five (5) minutes. Do not leave them leashed outside in front of a camera unattended. 6) Dogs must be taken to the groomer and are not to be bathed inside or outside of the house.
