The house is a one story rambler, has 3 bedrooms and a bonus den. In addition to your room there is shared space including a third bedroom that doubles as a home office and workout space. There's also a den with a fireplace, and the backdoor opens to a large backyard with large trees, grass, and a fire pit. As well as the livingroom kitchen and diningrooom. Plenty of driveway and street parking.
I've lived here 10 years and have a great relationship with the landlords.
It is three minutes to a beautiful small lake, about 15 minutes to UW Bothell and Cascadia College.

Mid-30s nonprofit worker, hybrid schedule (M/W/F 8-5 in office). Neurodivergent and queer. Homebody who kayaks, paddleboards, and tends a fire pit. Looking for someone comfortable with both quiet nights and good company, ideally long-term.
