However, you are welcome to bring what you want (within reason and agreed upon before) to furnish the space into something that is comfortable for you to work in if you'd prefer that instead. This can include a (but not limited to): Desk, Office chair, Recliner, Couch, Futon, Etc. * What the room is furnished with: Seashell mirror, Feather stand up lamp, Wicker garbage can, Pottery Barn desk, Cloth swivel work chair, Decorations, Coat rack, Side table with outlets, Egg chair, Wall tapestry, Lace curtains, Fur faux rug, Minky couture blanket, handmade coasters, and plants. * Renter will have full access to the room in 12 hour scheduled time frames. The time frame options are 7am-7pm, 8am- 8pm, and 9am-9pm. Renter will have an agreed upon time frame choice prior to the start of renting. There will be no access to the room outside of those hours. * Renter will have full access to the room during their 12 hour scheduled time frame during work week days Monday through Friday. No other outside guests will be allowed on the property. * For an extra $50 fee per month: Renter is allowed to bring one dog with them to the room (with restrictions). Dogs only. The dog must: Be up to date on all vaccines (proof will be required), and stay inside the room and accompanied by the renter at all times. The only time the dog should be let out of the room is to go to the bathroom in the front yard. No backyard access. The front yard is not gated so please make sure you leash your dog for them to take bathroom breaks. Dog supplies are allowed to be stored and used in the rented room, which are included but not limited to, Dog: Bowls, Blankets, Bed, Toys, Etc.
