Live 45 minutes from Orlando an a hour"ish" to multiple beaches! This is a quirky 3 bed, 1 bath single family home built in 1925! It has a beautiful, full screened front porch as well as a large back patio slab. It sits on 0.26 acres but it looks and feels so much bigger than that. (Look at the pictures). Under abrupt circumstances of having to put my mother into a facility quickly, I have not moved all her stuff out of the house yet and haven't deep cleaned YET. We have been undecided on whether we want to rent it out or just sell it, and if we sold it we would leave everything as is, which is why things have been left alone. The house does smell like smoke, as my mother was a smoker. Fridge and oven are supplied by us. There are washer and dryer hookups, but we do not supply the washer or dryer. All 3 bedrooms have closets, but they are exposed unfinished closets. We believe the central heat is on it's last leg, and space heaters (not gas or propane) would be needed during the window and window units during the summer.
