2-12 Month Lease Terms Available Up to 2 Cats welcome with $500.00 fee, $50.00 rent. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Additional monthly pet rent per pet may be required. No exotic pets allowed. Up to 2 Dogs welcome with $500.00 fee, $50.00 rent. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Additional monthly pet rent per pet may be required. Restricted breeds include but are not limited to Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds is also prohibited. No exotic pets allowed. Surface Parking: $5 per month per vehicle Carports: $35 per month per vehicle (assigned) Detached Garage: $150 per month (can hold up to 2 vehicles) Prices above do not include Parking Tax.
