It is steps away from the center of the neighborhood, with shops, cafes (Black Coffee is a highlight), library, and playgrounds. The Palisades also has an excellent elementary school (Key Elementary), which is walking distance from the house. There are nature trails and the paths next to the Potomac, all very close by. The house is conveniently located to Georgetown, and the bus stop for the D6 bus is steps away. There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The second bedroom is currently set up as a children's room, so the house would work well for a small family. It could also work for two roommates, as there is a couch that pulls out into a bed in the second room. There is an alcove off the living room for a study, and a small sunroom currently set up as a playroom. The kitchen was recently upgraded, and comes with all new modern appliances. Andersen windows and doors ensure good sound insulation. The house comes with two parking spots. There is also a patio, with a grill, dining area, lounge chairs, and a small garden.
