Private Studio to Rent (Pets are welcome!). The rent includes all Utilities, WiFi, Trash Services, Streaming Services and is Fully Furnished (including kitchen utensils). The studios can have either a King bed or a twin bed set up for more room. You have the freedom to choose how your studio is set up if you would like certain pieces of furniture to be removed we are able to do that. The studio is equipped with a full kitchen including a Microwave, fridge and stovetop with oven). You can move in at any time and are leases are until the 10th of May 2024 as then we switch over to nightly rates. The studio is located in Green Mountain Falls a small town in between Woodland Park and Colorado Springs. It is still up the mountain and less than a 10-minute drive to Woodland Park depending on traffic (7 mi.). There is a Walmart (3.5 mi.) away it is only a 5 minute drive away. One of the great things about our location is the studio is located on the main road through the town and up to the highway. This means that our road to the highway is one of the first to be plowed consistently after a snowstorm, it is also the main road for emergency services into the area. Ideal if you don't want to be stuck in the snow. If you are looking for a place to stay up the mountain and next to Woodland Park this is the studio for you.
